Did you know?

• The PHR Postdoc Report is to be used for tracking those faculty members who have been assigned Post-Doc (a.k.a., Post-Phd) status in PHR.
  
• The program has two options: Listing only those faculty who are classified as Post-Docs (this is the default); or Listing all faculty holding current approved appointments in your units.
  
• In both cases, the right-hand column of the report carries the Post-Doc Indicator displaying a Y (Yes) for those individuals who have been designated as Post-Docs in PHR. Counts by Unit of the number of Post-Docs are given on either report.
  
• Before processing, select the Department(s) you wish to appear on the Report. The program will default to select all of the Departments displayed in the box; you may narrow the range by highlighting certain unit codes. You will be taken to the Report with the program finishes processing.
