• This PHR report provides information regarding Contingent 2 Nonexempt and Exempt Employees who are eligible for conversion to regular nonexempt and exempt employment as well as those Contingent 2 Employees that are not eligible for conversion and the reason they are not eligible. Contingent 2 employees are eligible for conversion when they have completed 3 or more years of contingent 2 service.
  
• After you have made your Unit selection(s), please enter Fiscal Year AND/OR Pay Period on which you wish to report. Then click the Process button. When processing finishes, you will be taken to the Table of Contents where you can select the report desired (Contingent 2 Conversion or Contingent 2 Not Eligible to Convert.
